Quoted by Imna News Agency ,IZSF Public Relations & Media is reporting that in the special ancient program which was held on the occasion of Isfahan cultural week  ,Mohsen Mehralizadeh pointed to the Isfahan cultural week and its concurrency with month of Shaban and stated that Isfahan has always been center of civilization and this program demonstrates and exposes a golden sheet from Iran’s & Isfahan’s birth certificate and historical identity to the eyes of the people in the world .
According to Imna News Agency’s report , on the occasion of Isfahan cultural week  Mohsen Mehralizadeh pointed to the Isfahan cultural week and its concurrency with month of Shaban and said that Isfahan has always been center of civilization and this program demonstrates and exposes a golden sheet from Iran’s & Isfahan’s birth certificate and historical identity to the eyes of the people in the world .
He also mentioned that after a few hundred years still tourists come to this area from other countries and are amazed and astonished ! Then he added that a few hundred years ago ,great persons used to rule over Naghshe-Jahan square that the value of their work and activity is still unique and unparalleled in the world .  Great thoughts would control and dominate Isfahan which resulted in establishing and building such invaluable structures and buildings in this  city .
By pointing to Zurkhaneh Sports & Koshti Pahlevani ,Isfahan’s Governor General  expressed that ancient Sport indicates Iranian identity as an identity full of humility ,modesty , forgiveness , generosity , goodness and thinking of peace . Despite what we see in the today’s world ,some persons only claim to be peaceful , civilized and modern , on the other hand in reality their behavior is contrary to dignity of humanity .  
Mehralizadeh specified and emphasized that since four thousand years ago Zurkhaneh Sports & Koshti Pahlevani were carried out in the country (Iran) and since that time this sport used to be considered as a factor of growth , physical , mental and spiritual development and training of humans.  Being strong is not only due to the strength and power of body muscles ,but also it is placed in the clean spirit of the person . To be strong is to say that at the highest level of being strong we won’t tolerate even a very small cruelty and oppression .
He then pointed out that IZSF was established and founded in Tehran as the first International Federation and today 85 countries in the world are familiar and acquainted with this sport .
He added that ancient sport introduces and presents Iranian nobility and genuineness to the whole world and has a special value ; For this reason , holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran included the development and promulgation Zurkhaneh sport in its programs and the International Federation has created and developed this sport accordingly .
Today we are proud that Morshed’s Zang (bell) and tune , the word “Rokhsat”  /permission and  saying the prayer at the end of competitions are all uttered and said by the people living in all five continents  and the culture of fairness , manliness , humanity and chivalry will be exported and sent to all the world .
Imna News Agency also has reported that special ancient program is one of the programs of the cultural week in Isfahan which was performed in Naghshe-Jahan square yesterday .
