According to IZSF public relations department, two weeks before the Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku, Bangladesh Zurkhaneh team held its final practice attended by Coach Towhid Fathi and Murshed Abbas Julaei.

In this regard, Towhid Fathi, Zurkhaneh Sports coach, stated: “Intensive practices were held every morning and afternoon attended by 8 team members.” He added: “The qualitative level of this team has had considerable improvement compared to the 2011 Aisan Games in Bangladesh and 2015 Asian Games in Tabriz.

Fathi expressed his surprise at the acceptance of Zurkhaneh Sports by the sports officials of this country and referred to his visit with the Secretary of National Olympic Council of Bangladesh and other officials of this country and said: “During the practice days, we observed the enthusiasm of the media including Bangladesh’s National Television Network, for covering the team’s practices, which shows that Zurkhaneh Sports is very popular.”

In the end, the young coach sent to Bangladesh mentioned the interest and request of sports officials of this country to continue their cooperation for the development of Zurkhaneh Sports and pointed out that Bangladesh National team members are talented and many capabilities and in the future, we will certainly we will witness the achievements of this team.
